Hello, in the kitchen with Sharon readers. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Now it’s time for some Christmas recipes. I found this great recipe. It will be wonderful for Christmas. I was going to use it it for Thanksgiving, but I think with red cranberries it is perfect for Christmas. It is light, fluffy and delicious. And it’s so easy to make. You will love this.

They will actually finish crisping up as they cool (after you remove them from the oven), so you don’t want them to look too “done” while still in the oven. You can always put them back in the oven if you think they need a couple of extra minutes even after they’ve cooled.
