Police Deputy recovering after altercation started by wanted person

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - The Vigo County Sheriff's Office says a deputy was hospitalized after a wanted person started an altercation Saturday morning. The altercation began after deputies received a call about the whereabouts of Jonathan Crabb. Police say he had a warrant out for his arrest out of Division One court. After Saturday's altercation, he will likely face several more charges.
