John Katko (NY-24) today introduced the Onward to Opportunity Act. This bipartisan bill aims to help military families make a more seamless transition to civilian life by expanding workforce development services for servicemembers, veterans, and their spouses. Rep. Katko introduced this bill alongside U.S. Reps. Elise Stefanik (R, NY-21), Mikie Sherrill (D, NJ-11), Andy Kim (D, NJ-03), Jim Baird (R, IN-04), and Kim Schrier (D, WA-08).

Deonte Harris is a return specialist/wide receiver and is entering his third season with the Saints. Last season, he recorded 20 receptions for 186 yards, including a touchdown and 6 carries for 51 yards. In his return game, Harris averaged 12.2 punts with 207 yards and fielded 16 kickoffs with a total of 436 yards.
