[UPDATED Nov. 30] FlyQuest restructure LCS coaching staff after signings of toucouille & aphromoo

UPDATE Nov. 30: FlyQuest has announced new LCS coaches for the 2022 season. Coach Alexey "Sharkz" Taranda, who joined the organization before the start of the 2021 season, has been promoted to head coach following the departure of Kanani. Richard "Richard" Su, who was promoted from head coach of FlyQuest Academy to assistant coach of FlyQuest in July 2021, will stay with the FLY LCS squad as their new strategic coach.

LNG parts ways with Icon

LNG Esports parted ways with mid laner Xie “Icon” Tian-Yu today. Icon spent nearly a year with the team after signing with LNG in December 2020. During his time with LNG, Icon contributed to one of the organization’s most successful years in the LPL yet. Despite finishing eighth in the Spring Split, LNG quickly became one of the top teams in Summer Split and finished fourth in the Summer Playoffs.

Dignitas To Sign River and Blue for 2022 LCS Roster

Dignitas have signed River and Blue for their 2022 LCS Roster according to Jacob Wolf. This move comes after Akaadian, Soligo and Yusui have been dropped from the team. River is the former Jungler for PSG Talon. PSG Talon made MSI Semifinals and Worlds Group Stage this year with River as their Jungler. River had the most dominate stats in the Jungle role in the PCS with a GD10 of 506, XPD10 435, CSD10 of 9.3, a KDA of 8.5 and a DPM of 543. The stats speak for themselves, River dominated the Jungle in 2021.
