Sentencing for Driver Who Crashed into Colonie Home

ALBANY, NY – Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares announced that DONALD BENDER, 54, of Schenectady was sentenced to 2 1/3 to 7 years in State Prison before the Honorable Andra Ackerman in Albany County Court this morning. BENDER was previously found guilty after a jury trial of (1) Count of Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, as a Class D Felony.

Court orders former ACUSD Director of Maintenance to repay school district for unauthorized fuel card use

Appearing before Judge J.S. Hermanson at Amador Superior Court on Monday, July 12, former Amador County Unified School District Director of Maintenance Operations Robert Milligan was sentenced to pay the school district $4,675.67 as restitution for funds he used to purchase fuel for personal use using a school district-issued fuel card, and serve 60 days in jail.
