10 arrested for soliciting sex in exchange for money, police say

The Visalia Police Department said Tuesday that 10 individuals have been arrested for soliciting sex or other related activities in exchange for money. According to Visalia Police, detectives with the Tulare County Human Trafficking Task Force, along with other agencies, went undercover during an operation on July 22 and busted the following individuals:
