The Cuyahoga County Council finally had a public meeting on Tuesday on the county and city of Cleveland’s plans to spend up to $400 million on renovations to the Guardians‘ stadium in exchange for a 15- to 20-year lease extension. He was born September 16, 1946 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain resident. Lou graduated from Admiral King High School in 1965. He worked at American Shipbuilding for two years then worked at US Steel as a certified welder in maintenance before retiring after 35 years. He also worked as an usher at Progressive Field for Cleveland Indians games for over 18 years where he got to personally know many of the season ticket holders in his section.
