You've probably heard about Memorial Day sales this weekend, but it's not immediately clear if there will be a big PS5 restock before the one at Walmart on June 2 at 3 p.m. ET (12 p.m. PT). This Walmart Plus Day restock is part of Walmart's paid membership program as a way to encourage people to sign up and take advantage of other discounts. The only PS5 restocks we've seen this week is from PlayStation Direct, which opened up public restocks for the first time in a while both in Europe and the US, and currently it's not clear what will happen next.

Sony has quietly released its first official PlayStation 5 bundle, which comes packing a voucher for this year’s first-party hit Horizon Forbidden West. The bundle has already been released in the U.K. under two SKUs — one for the standard console with a disc drive and one for the all-digital version hardware — but it has been spotted on the PlayStation Direct store in the U.S., so it should be available for purchase in the near future.

PlayStation has revealed that it will soon be selling new PlayStation 5 console bundles. Throughout the life cycle of pretty much any video game console, publishers will begin to package the console itself with a popular game, usually of the first-party variety. Now, Sony will be doing this as well with the PS5, although this first bundle in question isn't available to purchase just yet.

The first official PS5 bundle has been sighted online - and it comes with Horizon Forbidden West. As first spotted online by Twitter user Wario64 yesterday on May 18, the PlayStation Direct store has listed an official PS5 bundle for the very first time. This debut bundle puts the new-gen PS5 console together with Guerrilla's Horizon Forbidden West, which launched in February.
