Smyth gears up for his second Pirelli National Junior Superstock season

Andrew Smyth returns for a second season in the Pirelli National Junior Superstock Championship, bidding to build on his debut campaign in 2021 with the MPW Kawasaki team. Smyth joined the grid last season, progressing from the Junior Supersport class where he had been a podium finisher, learning the 600cc machine and claiming top 20 finishes.

Bathurst 12 Hour postponed until May

The round-the-clock GT enduro was set to run on February 25-27, however it will now take place on May 13-15. The postponement has been prompted by the current outbreak of the Omicron strain of COVID-19 on Australia's east coast, with daily cases currently higher than has been seen at any other point of the pandemic.
