Shared Visions

Thanksgiving to me has always been a time to share. Having a Grandmother and Great Grandmother in the Cherokee Nation it is hard to celebrate a time when the Native Americans saved the pilgrims considering the outcome. I have always said take a turkey, some frogskins and whatever else you might think they may need to your local reservation with an apology. Might want to skip the blankets with the plandemic. Speaking of which, listen to the Elders about gifts from a government that says we are here to help. It has not been your government for centuries. Especially if they offer money to inject yourself with a plethora of poisons, carcinogens, and experimental gene therapies. Keep your genetics pure.

The always incredible Mt Hood Organic Farms was the perfect setting for this lovely, classy but laid back wedding in front of Wy’east. Mt Hood Cooper Spur Wedding

This Mt Hood Cooper Spur Wedding was one of my favorite “big” weddings of the summer. Most of this last year has been elopements so this wedding was a welcome change with it’s great party vibes. Heather and Peter were the most “good vibes” couple to work with. Nothing but absolute positivity and love radiating out of those two. Heather’s father was starting to struggle with memory issues so it made it all that more important to capture those little moments for them. Really lucky to do what I do on days like this.

Derail – Conclusion

The final blog posts of the season are going up, and with them, the triumphant images of people standing at the Northern Terminus. The sign of a successful hike. However, I am not to be one of those lucky few. For all of my best efforts, after all of the wildfires, the delays, the detours, and the dangers, a minor injury to my Achilles tendon took me off-trail.
