[ORLANDO] – It has been one week since the disappearance of Miya Marcano and the family is absolutely devastated. The parents of Miya have been working tirelessly day and night searching for their 19-year-old college student who lived and worked at the Arden Villas, an apartment complex utilized for student housing. At this time, police are working diligently around the clock to locate Miya and have been joined in its search by the FBI to assist with the ongoing investigation.

FBI Joins Search For Missing 19-Year-old Miya Marcano

Federal agents have joined the search for 19-year-old Miya Marcano who has been missing in Florida for a week. Orange County Sheriff John Mina said Thursday (September 30) that the FBI is assisting local police by lending technology support in locating Marcano who was last seen at the Orlando apartment complex where she lives and works last Friday evening (September 24).

Sheriff: Remains found at Orlando apartment complex believed to be Miya Marcano

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - The Orange County Sheriff's Office provided a heartbreaking update in the case of missing Orlando teen Miya Marcano. They say a body found at the Tymber Skan on the Lake Condominiums is believed to be Marcano. The remains were found by search units around 10:45 a.m. on Saturday in a wooded area near the complex.
