Various Mexican public figures have joined the movement body positive with which they seek to project how women look without photoshop retouching and what true beauty is like without idealizing perfect bodies or beauty standards impossible to follow in a healthy way. Regina Blandón has been one of these celebrities and this time she gives one more proof of self-love of which we are as proud as she is.

LOETB plant Hazel Tree in Mountmellick to commemorate National Traveller Mental Health Day

Last week saw a tree planting event take place in Mountmellick Further Education and Training Centre (FETC) to commemorate National Traveller Mental Health Day. The outdoor event was opened by Dermot Muldowney, the manager of Mountmellick FETC, who welcomed all present and in particular the two local Traveller rights organisations; Offaly Traveller Movement and Laois Travellers Action Group.

More Schools Must Get Behind Mental Health Days for Students

Illinois has revealed that starting in January 2022, students will be given five excused mental health breaks a year. The bill states that students who decide to take a mental health day will not be required to provide a doctor’s note and will be able to make up any work that was missed. Illinois joins states such as Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Nevada, Oregon and Virginia that have passed similar bills in allowing students to have mental health days.
