Janet Lynn Kessinger, of Grenola, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 11, 2021. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 23, 2021 at the Christian Church in Grenola. Janet requested that there be no flowers. Memorial donations can be given to the Grenola Christian Church Community Fund or the Grenola Senior Center. There will be no graveside service. The family will be glad to visit with friends at the church facilities after the service.

Brian “Sleepy” Douglas Ketelsen

Brian “Sleepy” Douglas Ketelsen, 51, of Reno, Ohio, passed away on October 10, 2021, with his wife and daughters by his side. Brian was born June 29, 1970, in Riverside, California. He is the son of Doug (Mary Anne) Ketelsen and Carol (Phil) Allen. He was raised in Clinton, Iowa, and graduated from Mater Dei High School in 1988. In 2009, Brian opened Ketel1 Team Wear, LLC, a family-run business providing screen print and embroidery services. Brian and Wendy were married on October 30, 1992, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Marietta.

Sister Victoria was born Doris Pohl on March 29, 1930, in Haubstadt, Indiana, the second of nine children of Victor Karl and Catherine Carrie (Waterman) Pohl.
