Prince William and Kate Middleton share three beautiful children: George, 8, Charlotte, 6, and Louis, 3. The close-knit family is often seen together going about their day-to-day lives and participating in the many events required of royal family members. In fact, the family of five wrapped up their summer with a trip to Queen Elizabeth's Scottish estate, Balmoral, as reported by Vanity Fair. A source close to the family discussed the vacation with the publication, mentioning how special it was for the queen to spend time with her great-grandchildren, especially following the death of Prince Philip in April. Balmoral has a unique place in Prince William's heart as well. "They always enjoy going up to Balmoral, they love the outdoors and walking in the hills and spending quality time with family," the source revealed. "It's where William spent a lot of his childhood and it's important to him that his children experience what he did as a young boy."
