Bianca Devins: NYDA’s office shared nude pics and murder video of Instagram star, claims lawsuit

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Social media star Bianca Devins is believed to have been killed by her boyfriend, who then posted gruesome images of her body on Instagram, where it remained for the next 12 hours in July 2019. However, now according to an explosive complaint filed Thursday, July 15, the district attorney’s office in upstate New York allegedly shared nude images of Devins that were taken from her phone after it was seized from the murder scene. The suit claims that footage of her death was also released to the press in violation of federal law.

On Wednesday, the Independent Redistricting Commission released new proposed maps for congressional seats and state legislative districts. KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Fort Hays State Men's Soccer jumped into United Soccer Coaches Top 25 for the first time this season on Tuesday (Sept. 14). The Tigers started the season receiving votes in the poll and have now jumped into the Top 25 in the second regular season edition of the poll. The Tigers hold the No. 25 ranking this week.

Nickerson Earns NE10 Defensive Player of the Week Honors

Nickerson earns NE10 Defensive Player of the Week honors for the first time in her career after leading Stonehill on both ends of the pitch in a 2-0 week. She led a defensive effort that yielded just one goal, while allowing eight shots per match, including four per game on goal, with a shutout for the week. Nickerson also netted the first two goals of her collegiate career, including the matchwinning goal of Sunday's 2-0 win over Queens (N.Y.) College, while spearheading a defensive unit that limited the Knights to nine shots, including four on target, in posting the clean sheet while playing the last half hour a player down. Nickerson also scored the opening goal in Friday night's eventual 2-1 overtime win against the University of New Haven to open the NE10 season.

DiMatteo, Hirsch named to GCC Alumni Hall of Fame

Wyoming County residents David DiMatteo and Robert Hirsch are two of the newest members of the GCC Alumni Hall of Fame. Each year, candidates are nominated for the hall of fame by friends, family, colleagues or other associates for their impactful contributions to their profession and distinguished service to the community or Genesee Community College. The GCC Alumni Hall of Fame, which is located on the second floor of the Conable Technology Building, boasts honorees from a wide variety of industries and backgrounds.

The act of remembering 9/11 evolves as the decades pass

Across the vast field where the plane fell out of the sky so many years ago, all is quiet. The hills around Shanksville seem to swallow sound. The plateau that Americans by the millions ascend to visit the Flight 93 National Memorial, to think of those who died in this southwestern Pennsylvania expanse, sits just above much of the landscape, creating a pocket of quiet that encourages the act of remembering.

COLLEGE NEWS: Rider graduates from LeMoyne; Elmira 'Key Awards'

SYRACUSE – Amy Rider, of Penn Yan, has graduated from Le Moyne College with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and has been named to the Spring 2021 Dean's List. To make the list, students must achieve a GPA of 3.5 or above. More than 600 members of the class of 2021 were eligible to graduate from Le Moyne.
