HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Winds will gradually lighten up through the night as low temperatures drop into the mid to upper 40s and lower 50s. A few clouds early will give way to sunny skies. it’ll be a very nice day with highs in the upper 60s and low to mid 70s. With clear skies and light winds, temperatures will be chilly Tuesday night. By Wednesday morning, it’ll be the chilliest morning of the season with lows in the low to mid 40s. Wednesday will be a nice day with plenty of sunshine. UNK women’s soccer loses fifth straight to Fort Hays State

HAYS, Kan. (KSNB) - UNK women’s soccer hit the road to Hays, Kansas, on Sunday for a road contest against Fort Hays State. The Lopers were trying to snap a four game skid, while the Tigers were in search of win number three in the young 2021 season. Hastings College football loses homecoming heartbreaker to Jamestown

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - It has been a difficult start to the fall season for Hastings College first-year football coach Matt Franzen. Two games against top-ranked opponents resulted in losses, but prepared the Broncos for Saturday’s showdown with more evenly-matched Jamestown. WWII vet eviction case to higher court

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - An eviction court hearing against a Grand Island veteran has been dismissed, but may be argued in a higher court. Earlier this month, Hall County Judge Art Wetzel dismissed Regency Retirement’s lawsuit against Jack Wilson at the retirement home’s request. But on September 13, Regency filed a new lawsuit against Wilson in Hall County District Court. In it’s district court lawsuit, Regency is asking the Wilson’s lease be terminated and that he pay three months rent and court costs.
