Despite a loss to Indiana in Friday’s Big Ten Tournament quarterfinal, Illinois basketball’s NCAA Tournament seeding seems pretty stable. A day before Selection Sunday, No. 16-ranked Illinois (22-9) is a consensus No. 4 seed, according to BracketMatrix.com, a composite of more than 100 bracket projections.
