Bobby Joe Compton, 67

Bobby Joe Compton, age 67, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 9:58 A.M. Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Mercy Health Lourdes. Bobby was born in Murray, Kentucky on Sunday, January 17, 1954 to James and Henry Etta Compton. Bobby was a graduate of Heath High School and went on to study music at Murray State University. As a route man, Bobby worked for RC Cola for 17 years before finally retiring as a Little Debbie distributor for McKee Foods Corporation. He was a member of Reidland Baptist Church where he sang in the choir. He will be remembered for his great love for his children and grandchildren as well as his fondness for his dogs and grand dogs.
