Neenah and the town of Neenah renegotiate boundary agreement to define growth areas through 2040

NEENAH - Government leaders in Neenah and the town of Neenah have renegotiated a boundary agreement to define growth areas for the two communities through 2040. Under the proposed pact, the city would provide water service to a 37-acre town property owned by Ogden Development at the southwest corner of Oakridge and Tullar roads without requiring annexation. That's a change from past practice.
