Letter: We all want accessible, responsive leadership in the Chosen Spot

Now that my husband and I are residents of the city of Canandaigua, it is my pleasure and privilege to endorse the Democratic team running for city seats this November. Dan Unrath, candidate for mayor, brought his family here 25 years ago because of the friendly, family-oriented community. He has been a volunteer fireman and Rescue Squad lieutenant, and continues to be a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. Dan and the DEM team have priorities: safeguard our natural resources (save Canandaigua Lake!) and provide high quality city services while maintaining low tax rates.
