U.P. drug house fire results in felony charges for 2 men

MARQUETTE, MI – Two men are each facing a felony charge related to a flash fire at an alleged drug house earlier this year, WLUC reports. Jacob Cobey Thomson, 25, of Marquette, suffered severe burns in the flash fire that was ignited when he was allegedly using a flammable chemical to extract THC from marijuana plants in the garage of a residence on Summit Street in Marquette on April 6, the TV station reports. Thomson was hospitalized for his injuries.
