Univision May Be Preparing To Relocate HQ From New York To Miami.

The Miami-Dade County, FL Board of Commissioners has approved $1.5 million in tax incentives to a company – believed to be Univision Communications – that would relocate its national headquarters from New York to South Florida. Although the proposal never disclosed the recipient by name, it referred to the company’s request as Project Puma. Sleuthing by the Miami real estate blog The Next Miami discovered that is the same name used by Univision in its recent filings with the Justice Department and Federal Communications Commission, leading to speculation that the broadcaster is involved.
