Duke Welcomes Liberty Tuesday

DURHAM – Duke is set to host Liberty for a midweek game on Tuesday at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Duke hosts Liberty for a midweek game, the first of a home-and-home with the Flames in 2022. The Blue Devils hold an all-time record of 12-13 against the Flames and are 7-4 all-time in games played in Durham. First pitch is set for 4 p.m. Head coach Chris Pollard, in his 10th season at Duke, has a 8-9 record against Liberty, including a 2-2 mark in 2021. The two teams most recently met at the 2021 Knoxville Regional, as Liberty defeated Duke 15-4 to end the Blue Devils' season. The game will air on ACC Network Extra. Chris Edwards will broadcast on the Varsity Network app. Following the series, Duke continues ACC play as it hosts No. 17 Miami at the DBAP for a three-game series over the weekend.
