The Dayton-area housing market continues to show resiliency. That’s the word from Dayton Realtors and its monthly housing report. Local home and condo sales fell by 5 percent in August with roughly 1,600 properties changing hands. However, the average sales price continued its upward trajectory and hit $225,000, a jump of 10% from the previous August. Likewise, the median price saw an increase to $189,900, up over 8%.
