Union aldermen approve subdivision

The Union Board of Aldermen recently approved some recommendations from the city’s planning and zoning commission, including a planned project by developer Ed Schmelz. Schmelz is purchasing two properties on Prairie Dell Road, south of East Central College, from the Margaret C. Metcalf Trust.
