Tennova proposes building satellite ER hospital on Trenton Road in Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A second Tennova Healthcare satellite ER is planned in Clarksville, this one on Trenton Road near 101st Airborne Division Parkway. Tennova Healthcare-Clarksville told Clarksville Now on Wednesday it has filed notice with the Tennessee Health Services and Development Agency that it will apply for a Certificate of Need to open a satellite hospital on Trenton, in what it called, “an easily accessible location in a growing part of our community.”

Interstate 24 lanes will close Sunday morning for work on TVA power lines

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Lanes of Interstate 24 will be shut down a few times on Sunday morning, Sept. 19, so TVA crews can pull power lines over the roadway. The Tennessee Valley Authority will close the interstate east of Exit 11, at about mile marker 13, with rolling roadblocks between the hours of 6 and 11 a.m., TVA’s Scott Fiedler told Clarksville Now.
