Mr. Paul S. Turney Sr., 73, of Tracy City, passed away Thursday November 18, 2021, at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on January 8, 1948, to Fred and Alberta McGraw Turney who preceded him in death along with his brothers, Jack and Don Turney.
