Canyon police seek public's help to find man missing since Sept. 17

The Canyon Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing person. According to an update posted on CPD's Facebook page Friday, 38-year-old Christopher Duffy of Canyon was last seen on Friday, Sept. 17, at about 4 p.m. on FM 1061 near US 385, or the area near Boys Ranch. Duffy may be in a blue 2020 Nissan Altima with the tag Tennessee 2T84G1.

Homes, Debris Still Washing Down Poudre River, But You Can Help Clean It Up

Even though the deadly Black Hollow Flood was over two months ago, large debris, including parts of homes, is still in the river and the canyon. Canyon Lakes Ranger RD has said that the U.S. Forest Service is continuing to clean up the debris in partnership with groups like Larimer County Conservation Corps, which recently 'pulled truckloads of household debris' from the Poudre River.
