Murder victim Bianca Devins' mother wants state Senate to vote for justice for her daughter

The New York State Senate ended its legislative session early Friday morning without voting on a bill to set civil and criminal penalties for the unlawful dissemination of personal images. But bill sponsors Assemblywoman Marianne Buttenschon and Sen. Diane Savino are talking about how to move the bill forward either in a special session or the next legislative terms, a spokeswoman for Buttenschon said.
