WatchOS 8.1 Beta - Hearing Devices Complication crashing

Since updating to WatchOS 8.1 beta I have lost the ability to use the HEARING DEVICES COMPLICATION. It still shows the volume level but if I tap it the watch crashes and then comes good after about 10 seconds. I have also noticed that I cannot add the complication to a new watch face, the only reason it is on my current face is I did a restore from a backup. I have tried everything, including different phone that is on different software and also reset watch many, many times. Watch is a Series 5 and phones I have tried are iPhone8, iPhone11PRO, iPhone 13PRO. Many resets of both phones and watch have not made any difference. I presume it is the WatchOS software that is the problem but I installed the 8.1 beta RC this morning so I presume this will be the final beta before release possibly next week. Anybody else having this particular problem.
