The related statistics speak volumes about the declining standard of our tertiary education that neither gives emphasis on research nor developing skilled and responsible human resources. For creating a hotchpotch situation in tertiary education, some students’ approach of running after certificates instead of learning and some people’s mindset of selling certificates, among others, must be blamed most.
