Switch Price Drop Not Currently Planned for Other Regions

While the Nintendo Switch price will drop in the European and UK markets, there are currently no plans to extend this globally. In a tweet from Stephen Totilo of Axios Gaming, Totilo announced Nintendo had told him that no plans were in place to drop the prices beyond the European and UK markets. The representative even mentioned specifically that the price in the US market would stay as is, likely due to fervor in the region.
