Covid today Italy, 6,513 infections and 16 deaths: July 31st bulletin

There are 6,513 new infections from Covid in Italy (yesterday 6,619), according to data from the Ministry of Health released by the Civil Protection. Since yesterday, another 16 deaths have been recorded (yesterday 18), bringing the total number of victims since the beginning of the emergency to 128,063. In the last 24 hours, 264,860 swabs were performed, with a positivity rate that decreased to 2.45% (yesterday 2.6%).
