Ronda Rousey Requested Controversial WWE Alum's Return, Report Claims

A controversial WWE alum was at Survivor Series WarGames, and Ronda Rousey could be the reason for it. It was reported that Brian Kendrick was at the event to be a producer for some matches. He was recently fired by All Elite Wrestling (AEW) over anti-Semitic comments he made in a 2011 video that surfaced shortly after he was announced for a match against Jon Moxley, as mentioned by Cageside Seats. According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, Kendrick was trying out as a backstage producer, and Rousey asked WWE to bring him back since he was her trainer.

AEW Star Teases Run in Trios Division

Matt Hardy has called All Elite Wrestling his home for nearly three years now. The Broken One debuted in the promotion on one of the first empty arena editions of AEW Dynamite, immediately inserting him into a main event program between The Elite and the Inner Circle. Hardy would headline AEW Double or Nothing 2020 alongside Kenny Omega, the Young Bucks, and Hangman Page before embarking on a singles run. Even in that singles run, Hardy was still linked to the Inner Circle, as he would go one-on-one with Sammy Guevara at that year's AEW All Out, but a freak injury during that match would keep him out of action for a couple of weeks.

Major Update On Dustin Rhodes' In-Ring Future

Wrestling veteran and AEW star Dustin Rhodes made a huge career announcement during Great Lakes Championship Wrestling's Blizzard Brawl event on December 3. According to a tweet from Premier Streaming Network, Rhodes announced that 2023 will be his last year in Wrestling. A full announcement and the Blizzard Brawl event will be exclusively on its network.
