You Can Ride the Mark Twain with Tiana at Disneyland!

I recently hopped on board the Mark Twain Riverboat at Disneyland for a chance to get off my feet since I had been walking around for hours. The Mark Twain is the best attraction for relaxation as you take a slow and steady ride around Tom Sawyer’s Island with a half-mile journey into the heart of the American frontier. You can choose to sit or stand in one of the three stories of the boat and keep an eye out for critters, waterfalls, and a Native American village.

You Can Play FootGolf at Disney’s Oak Trail

Did you know you can play FootGolf at Walt Disney World? Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course offers FootGolf, a sport that combines the precision of golf with the athletic coordination of soccer. Their 9-hole FootGolf course is certified by the American FootGolf League (AFGL), the governing body for the game in the United States. The course looks like an ordinary golf course, except the holes are 21 inches in diameter and built for soccer balls. So cool, right? The course is absolutely gorgeous, with rolling green hills and ponds, and it’s the perfect setting for a fun time out with friends and family.

Disneyland Restaurant Takes Fan-Favorite Monte Cristo off Their Menu

Guests who have visited Blue Bayou at Disneyland lately had the unpleasant surprise of glancing at the menu, fully expecting to order the fan-favorite Monte Cristo sandwich, and the sandwich had disappeared from the menu! This has caused quite the outrage on social media, with rumors swirling that Blue Bayou has officially taken it off their menu. This deep-fried ham and Swiss sandwich topped with powdered sugar has long been a favorite since the restaurant opened. Growing up, I used to go with my parents all the time to the Blue Bayou back when the Monte Cristo’s were big enough for a family of 4 to share. Disney has recently slowly started making the sandwiches smaller, making them more expensive and certainly not shareable for a family of 3-4. Nevertheless, they are still really delicious!

Have You Tried the New Speciality Chocolate-Covered Frozen Bananas at Disney’s California Adventure?

One of my absolute favorite treats at Disneyland growing up was the frozen chocolate-covered bananas at the ice ream cream carts around the park. I would wait very impatiently for the banana to defrost enough to be able to bite into it without my teeth freezing. Frozen bananas have long been a popular treat at Disneyland, and I’ve heard complaints here and there over the past few months about how some guests are having a hard time finding them now.
