(Mark Makela/Getty Images) (PHOENIX) The Phoenix Police Department is investigating after a woman's body was found in a Phoenix canal on Monday, ABC 15 reported. Authorities said the woman was found dead on the bank of a canal near 35th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.
