Sumner County Middle College High School Graduation

Sumner County Middle College High School students were awarded high school diplomas during a ceremony at Volunteer State Community College Saturday. Of the twenty-three graduates in all, nineteen also received associate degrees from Vol State two weeks ago. 91% of graduates will be pursuing post-secondary enrollment in ten colleges which include: Belmont University, Western Kentucky University, Centre College, University of Alabama, Volunteer State Community College, Middle Tennessee State University, University of Tennessee Knoxville, Murray State University, Tennessee Technological University, and Trevecca Nazarene University. Accepted scholarship dollars for Merit-based and Tennessee Lottery-based: $927,394.16.
