Patricia Blasdell

Patricia “Tricia/Trish” (Richichi/Terry) Blasdell, aged 68, peacefully went home to our Lord in heaven on October 25th, 2021 in Medford, Oregon. The beginning of her journey started in Lathrop, California May 30th, 1953. A spirited farm girl at heart, her zeal for life, inspired many. As a youth, she regularly attended her weekly youth group bible study and worked hard on the family farm before and after school. She attended East Union High School, graduating class of 1971. That year she married and had two children, Kim and Monte, as well as caring for her stepdaughter, Julie. As the years passed, Tricia worked hard to raise her children as a single parent attending every baseball game and dance recital, never missing a single event no matter how tired she was. In 1994, she met and married the love of her life, Marine Vietnam Veteran Steve Blasdell. She instantly welcomed two more children to love, Steve and Lisa Blasdell. For the next 27 years, they shared many great times together with their blended family. Trish and Steve worked hard, establishing a life together filled with travels and adventure. In 2003, their adventures would take them to the Oregon coast where they moved to Brookings, Oregon. Trish loved watching the “sea pups” at the ocean. Trish and Steve participated and volunteered with the annual Kite Festivals, making sure the traveling kite flyers were fed. Trish loved to watch the kite flyers perform. With Steve being an avid kite flyer himself, he was Trish’s favorite to watch.
