The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy stopped a Black Dodge Truck that was registered as a red-colored truck at the intersection of 435th Street and Taft Avenue. The deputy witnessed the truck fail to stop at a stop sign at 435th Street and Tabor Avenue.
