Mark your calendars Gaithersburg! Santa’s coming to town

The Gaithersburg-Washington Grove Fire Department shares Santa’s route. Santa sitting atop a firetruckHeather Jauquet/Author. One of my family’s favorite holiday traditions is running out of the house in our pajamas to greet Santa Clause as he visits our neighborhood. Every year in December, we can hear the sirens of the fire truck accompanied by cheerful holiday music. Sitting atop a fire truck decorated with Christmas lights is Santa Clause. As the vehicle slowly makes its way down neighborhood streets, Santa waves to us from his perch. Neighborhood kids squeal and jump up and down with delight as they wave at the jolly man who smiles back at them.

How CATFISH REACT to YOUR BAIT at NIGHT! (Underwater Catfish Footage)

Got some really cool underwater footage at night time! Unfortunately the fishing has been slow so it took me a few trips to make this video. Catfishing at night! We finally get a decent look at the fish down there. As you can see, there are many fish other than catfish that were swimming around down there. This underwater catfish footage can help you get a lay out of the ecosystem down there. We saw striped bass, catfish, white perch, and baitfish. Underwater filming is the new wave! There is so much to be learned when using the underwater gofishcam. The baits being used were mackerel, carp, and eel. We managed to catch a few fish, but I will be back for more in the future. I really hope you guys enjoy this video of how catfish react to your baits at night!

Catching MONSTER CATFISH from SHORE!

Wow, talk about the perfect day. I headed out to one of my favorite spots on the Potomac river in search of some monster blue catfish from shore, and man did we find them! The bait of choice was mainly mackerel and suckerfish. I was joined by none other than Mr. Tim Scott with Epic Catfish. We both caught some monsters before the night was over. It is a blessing to have such monster catfish from shore here in VA. There is just something about catching your biggest catfish ever from somewhere you can walk to. Bank fishing for catfish is underrated!

Panthers V Washington | WK11 NFL 2021

Washington Football Team have now won two games in a row. Taylor Heinecke has been playing very efficient and hasn't thrown a interception in both games. I could use Cam's lack of knowledge in this new offense as an excuse but to why the Panthers loss but nonetheless the Football team did their job and a win is win. Twitch: Hallonmars1

How BIG CATFISH React to EEL UNDERWATER! (Underwater Catfish Footage)

Alright it has been a while in the making! We got some BIG CATFISH on the underwater camera! The conditions were finally right, and we couldn’t keep em off the bait! American eel was the bait of choice and as you can see it was all we needed. This camera is made by gofishcam and I LOVE IT! I am not endorsed by them in any way but if you all want great quality and customer service go check them out. The underwater footage is always great quality, and the camera is very easy to rig. These blue catfish were very slow moving compared to summer time. It seems the cold weather has definitely got to the fish. Be sure and check out my other underwater catfish videos if you haven’t yet! Much more on the way!

JELL-O BAITS and EEL catches CATFISH!

What a hot and cold day. Me Kenny and Chad headed out on the Potomac in search of some big blue catfish from shore. Eel was the hot bait at the beginning of the day, but the bite then switched to jell-o baits! We all caught some nice fish, the biggest being 14lbs. The bite for catfish has been only getting better from the bank, so I am very excited to see what the winter holds. The Potomac river truly holds some giants, so we will definitely be getting on them in the coming months. My favorite baits this time of year are carp, mackerel, and shad if I can find it. Get out there and catch some catfish!
