Rooster Restrictions Tabled in Middle

COURT HOUSE - The Sept. 20 meeting of Middle Township Committee saw several individuals make impassioned pleas on behalf of roosters. The meeting was one in which a vote was scheduled on a new ordinance that would've banned roosters from properties of less than five acres. The vote never came, with the ordinance tabled for now.

Dennis Slated for Gypsy Moth Elimination Program

DENNISVILLE – Dennis Township Committee, during its Sept. 14 meeting, discussed the next steps regarding the elimination of gypsy moths in certain areas of the municipality. According to details provided by the municipal clerk, a representative of the state Department of Agriculture visited the municipality and confirmed a “significant” infestation of gypsy moths and disseminated preliminary information as to how to proceed.

Check Out The Dolphins That Decided To Join The Surfing Lineup In North Wildwood

Not sure how big of a surfing session these two thought they'd be having in North Wildwood, but a few dolphins dropped in and decided to make it a party. Photos have begun making their way around social media that were taken by Dennis Dool, an employee of North Wildwood Recreation and Tourism, showing a dolphin pod that decided to hang ten with two surfers in North Wildwood this week.
