Painting to be raffled off Monday

BELLEVUE — Art@106 and Touch the Heart Ministry in Bellevue is raffling off a Jim Andrews' oil painting of The Bicentennial Barn on U.S. 20 west of Fremont. Andrews was commissioned to paint it for the Bicentennial celebration of Sandusky County, but COVID prevented the festivities. The drawing will be held at the Annual Classic Car Show on Memorial Day in Bellevue at the library parking lot at noon.
