Site plan revisions sought for Colony Woodstock

Since an emergency order allowing spaces for outdoor gatherings has expired, establishments now must obtain site plan approval if they want to make changes permanent. Colony Woodstock presented updates to its site plan earlier this month to make its beer garden permanent. Nicholas Ballinger, owner of Early Terrible, a bar, and Mud Club, a bagel shop, both at 43-45 Mill Hill Road, presented his plans at the October 21 Woodstock Planning Board meeting.

I've seen jeeps and jeep meet-ups all over the Hudson Valley. If you're looking to show off your jeep, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. There is currently a handful of casting calls around the Hudson Valley. Apparently, there are new movies and films shooting in the area and are looking for background actors. Did anyone else notice the demonic looking surprise waiting for us at Bear Mountain State Park?. Here's more proof that you never know what you'll find while hiking in the Hudson Valley. You can seriously find some weird things while travelling in the woods around here. Not even a year ago a hiker almost broke the internet when he found a downed airplane in the woods in Poughkeepsie and posted a picture that quickly went viral. The horrific scene turned out to be remnants of a crash from 2020.
