An investigation into a July 2021 alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl in Manhattan has resulted in the arrest of a suspect. Riley County Police say 19-year-old Marcus Quintin Hall, of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant Wednesday after being extradited from Pulaski County, Missouri. On Monday afternoon, the Lebanon High School athletic department announced that Kelsey Winfrey will have her Lebanon jersey No. 1 retired at about 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22, in between the junior varsity and varsity game between LHS and Plato in Boswell Auditorium.
