A fire broke out at a haunted Kochville Township attraction early Wednesday, May 18. SAGINAW, MI — A Saginaw woman has been arrested after allegedly torching a car, leading to a garage fire. About 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, May 15, police and firefighters responded to the fire at 1308 Randolph St. on Saginaw’s East Side.
