Two arrests take place in Hinton

Two arrests were made in the Hinton area between September 15 and 16. According to the criminal complaints, one individual was arrested in relation to a stolen bicycle and another for assault on an officer, as well as other charges. The first incident occurred on September 15. According to the criminal complaint, the victim noticed their High Plains Schwinn bicycle missing. The complaint goes on to say that, while on scene with the victim, the officer observed an individual identified as Robert Dean Thomas, 28, riding a bicycle that matched the description of the stolen one.
