RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Police are searching for a 16 year old male who was last seen on August, 3, while leaving his residence in Hot Springs. Isaiah Cox was last seen wearing a black and white cap, a bluish/Gray tank top with a flannel over-shirt, and Jeans. He has in his possession a large/bulky black backpack. Attached is Isaiah’s photograph although he is described as having longer hair than in the picture. He is approximately 5′9 and 130 lbs., and is driving a Blue 2006 Toyota Sienna, with license plate 27B629.

Mistie Justice Watkins, 41, of Daytona Beach faces charges of disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, simple assault on law enforcement, and unlawful occupancy stemming from her behavior on a plane at the Rapid City Regional Airport. One dead in motorcycle collision near Keystone

KEYSTONE, S.D. (KOTA) – One person died and another person was injured in a fatal crash involving three motorcycles. The incident occurred near Keystone on Saturday morning. Preliminary crash information indicates that a 2019 Indian Roadmaster was westbound on U.S. Highway 16A when the driver failed to negotiate a curve. The motorcycle crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound 2020 Harley Davidson. The Indian Roadmaster went into the ditch and struck a 2011 Harley Davidson Road King, which was unoccupied and parked on the shoulder of the road.

Monday morning accident leads to DUI arrest

RAPID CITY, S.D. — One man was arrested Monday morning after allegedly causing an accident at the intersection of East Boulevard North and Omaha Street. Shawn Blackbear, Sr., 33, of Rapid City, was driving a Ford Escape when he struck a Hyundai Sonata. Rapid City Police had located an open container of alcohol in the vehicle and determined Blackbear was too impaired to safely operate a motor vehicle.
