PUEBLO—Pueblo Transit was recently awarded two separate grants which improve transportation plans for the Pueblo commuter population. The awards from the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Local Multimodal Transportation and Mitigation Options Funds (MMOF) total $580,000. These awards to Pueblo Transit will assist with commuting needs to the Pueblo Memorial Airport Industrial Park.

PUEBLO—On Tuesday, June 21 City of Pueblo staff updated Pueblo City Council about the first tranche allocations from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). First round dollars received totaled $18,203,500.50 and all funds must be obligated by Dec. 31, 2024 and expended by Dec. 31, 2026. The City of Pueblo received second round funding on June 7.
