Jaevon Sampson, 25, ran from patrol officers after they pulled over the car he was riding in at about 11:40 p.m., the police said. WEBSTER - A traffic stop for illegally attached plates led to the arrest of two Worcester men for outstanding warrants and drugs on Wednesday, January 19. An officer stopped a vehicle for having plates attached to a vehicle that did not match the registration. The driver admitted to knowing the plates were not matching. He had no identification, but provided a name and date of birth.
