(TOMS RIVER, NJ) Gas prices vary across in the Toms River area, but if you’re willing to head for the cheapest station, you could be saving up to $0.28 per gallon. On Saturday the cheapest gallon of unleaded regular in the area was at Delta at 20 Brick Blvd. Regular there was listed at $3.11 per gallon Wednesday, compared to $3.39 at Exxon at 13 Nj-37 E, which GasBuddy clocked as the most expensive station in the area.

Bukowski makes Dragon debut

BRICK — Brick Township’s Brendan “The Bruiser” Bukowski scored in his inaugural  appearance donning the famous green and white gridiron uniform in the Dragons’ 12-7 victory over Howell on Friday, Sept. 17.  Bukowski went the distance, dropping Howell defenders left and right as he waltzed into the end zone.  His Dragon teammates followed Bukowski to the house and commemorated the score with a knock-down celebration.
